๐Ÿ“„ ALTAR SERVERS REPORT

๐Ÿ“– Bible Verse

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." โ€” Colossians 3:23โ€“24

โœ๏ธ Introduction

As Altar Servers, we first give thanks to our Lord for granting us the strength, courage, and opportunity to serve Him in His Holy Sanctuary. Serving at the altar is both a privilege and a responsibility that we carry with reverence and devotion.

โ›ช Role and Responsibilities

During the Holy Mass, we assist the priest in the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. Our duties include supporting the liturgy, maintaining order within the sanctuary, and ensuring that all sacred elements are prepared with respect and care.

We have committed ourselves to serve our Lord and His Church faithfully, following the traditions of the early Church which continue to guide our worship today.

๐Ÿ™ Participation in Church Life

We actively participate in:

  • Sunday Holy Mass services
  • Special liturgical celebrations
  • Various church activities and events

Through these engagements, we strengthen our connection with the Church and grow spiritually as a community.

๐ŸŒฑ Spiritual Growth and Development

We actively participate in:

  • Improve discipline and responsibility
  • Deepen our biblical knowledge
  • Strengthen our faith gradually
  • Grow closer to God through service

Beyond the sanctuary, we strive to serve the Lord in our daily lives through our actions, attitudes, and interactions with others.

๐Ÿค Inclusivity in Service

In our Anglican Church, both boys and girls are given the opportunity to serve as Altar Servers, reflecting unity and equality in serving the Lord.

๐Ÿ™Œ Acknowledgment

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Parish Priests for their continuous guidance, encouragement, and support:

  • Rev. Christie Joseph (Vicar)
  • Rev. Maurice
  • Rev. Shathivel

We also remember and appreciate all former priests and vicars who have helped us grow in our ministry.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Future Commitment

We are committed to continuing our service in the Lordโ€™s ministry with dedication and humility. We also warmly welcome new members who are willing to serve the Lord with unity, reverence, and love as one body in Christ.

โœจ Conclusion

Serving as Altar Servers is not only a duty but a calling. We remain devoted to fulfilling this role faithfully and growing in our spiritual journey.

God Bless You All

Thank You
